Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) is a green building rating system that reflects the highest level of sustainability-focused certification a development can receive.

Dockside Green is committed to achieving LEED® Platinum designation where possible, this is the highest level of certification under both the CaGBC (Canadian Green Building Council) and USGBC (United States Green Building Council) LEED® program. With only a handful of LEED® Platinum buildings in the world, our goal is ambitious, but by applying an integrated approach to design – we can realize economies of scale, allowing us to develop higher performing green buildings.

We have also reached Stage 2 of the LEED® for Neighbourhood Development with a Platinum Designation.
