Dockside Village

Located at the south end of the community, this dynamic neighbourhood will feature the broadest spectrum of uses including homes, offices and locally owned shops and services.

Dockside Commons

Peaceful courtyards and scenic vistas will help set the tranquil tone of this intimate neighbourhood. Street-oriented townhouses offering minimal setbacks and pleasant landscaping will promote a calming environment; while garden flats facing the internal greenway will offer a safe, relaxed setting for all residents.  Harbour Road industry will be characterized by a dense, small-scale marine industrial atmosphere, and will mix light industry with rugged loft-style housing. Dockside Wharf

The first neighbourhood to be developed, Dockside Wharf is located at the north end of the site and is where you’ll find Balance and its companion residence Synergy. Built around a central plaza, you can pick up fresh bread at the bakery or go for a workout in the fitness room. Here you can launch your kayak and paddle around the peaceful Upper Harbour, walk along the waterfront, hop a water taxi downtown or bike along the popular Galloping Goose Trail.
